are one of the largest snake
species and adults can commonly
grow up to 19 feet in length.
In the wild Burmese Pythons
average about 12 feet in
length.

snake species but since
they grow to such large
sizes they are often under
estimated when kept in captivity.
With a large enough enclosure
however these snakes are
extremely hardy and can
due extremely well in captivity.

Eat?

Pythons will feed on a fuzzy
mouse about once per week.
Adult and growing Burmese
Pythons should be fed an
appropriately sized prey
item such as a large rat,
chicken, or small rabbit
about once every 2-3 weeks.
